Keurig-compatible manufacturing, not just a compatible claim
Compatibility is a manufacturing system: cup geometry, filter, pierce performance, dose, grind, and seal integrity. We build pods for consistent extraction on Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 brewers from our Sunrise facility.
- Engineered for Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 systems
- Controlled grind, dose, and nitrogen flush
- Seal and pierce QA on production lots
- Coffee, tea, and functional beverage formats
What compatibility requires
A pod must seat, pierce, and brew without channeling or overflow. That means stable cup components, correct fill density, and lids that seal under production conditions.
- Cup and filter selection for your beverage
- Grind size matched to brew pressure and time
- Fill weight tolerance by SKU
- Lid seal verification before release
Production controls
We document specs per SKU so reorders match the approved cup. Changes to grind or dose are treated as process changes, not informal tweaks.
- Batch records tied to SKU specs
- Cupping and sensory checks when required
- Packaging lot tracking for lids and cartons
- Hold and release for failed seal or fill checks
Launch path
Approve a sample against your target brew profile, lock packaging, then schedule the MOQ run (about 5,000 pods per SKU to start).
- Sample and brew approval
- Lid and carton artwork lock
- Production and QA release
Frequently asked questions
Are your pods licensed by Keurig?
We manufacture Keurig-compatible pods engineered for 1.0 and 2.0 brewers. Ask on your quote if you need details for retailer compliance language.
Do tea and cocoa pods use the same process as coffee?
The cup platform is related, but grind or particle size, dose, and filter choice are set per beverage so extraction stays clean.
Can you match an existing commercial pod?
We can target a similar brew profile from a reference sample. Exact clone matches depend on bean, roast, and IP constraints.
What is the starting MOQ?
About 5,000 pods per SKU for filling. Custom lids and boxes follow their own minimums (about 10,000 lids and 1,000 boxes).
