Product and fill
Commodity vs specialty coffee, organic lots, functional ingredients, and grams per cup set most of the bill of materials. Heavier fills cost more per pod even at the same MOQ.

Packaging and MOQ
Blank lids are cheaper than custom print. Custom lids typically start near 10,000 units. Retail boxes typically start near 1,000. Pod fills typically start near 5,000 per SKU.

How to get a useful quote
Send target retail pack, monthly volume, and whether you need roasting, toll fill only, or packaging-only. Vague volume ranges produce vague pricing.

Frequently asked questions
Why will you not publish a single pod price?
Because coffee grade, fill weight, cup type, and packaging change unit cost more than labor alone. A quote needs those inputs.
Does a larger MOQ lower price?
Usually yes on packaging print and line setup amortization. Pod MOQs near 5,000 are a starting point; larger runs often improve unit economics.
Are lids and boxes priced separately?
They can be. Many brands buy custom lids and cartons through our shop or a combined co-pack quote.
What should I send for a first estimate?
